This workshop will help you translate understanding NVC into action as it will focus on NVC requests. Making and receiving requests is the most practical way we can apply NVC into our daily lives. But what are requests and how can we make them differently from how we make them now? If you want to better understand how to make requests and live NVC in the world, this workshop is for you!

The two part workshop will have a facilitator input, breakout rooms, sharing and harvesting in the main virtual room, and sharing of self – care practices for mutual support. Part II will be held on May 21.

About the Facilitator

Samuel (aka Sam) is a CNVC-Certified Trainer, board member of the NVC Kenya community, and Peace Ambassadors Kenya. Sam has been coordinating a regional peace program in Nairobi since 2013. He has also been in 3 international intensive trainings as a trainer, organizer in Kenya, Argentina and Austria. He is a SINA (Social Innovation Academy) Global partner. He is passionate about farming and transforming hierarchical power to power within organizations.
