How can we get our message across so that we're understood?
In stressful interactions, we may think that we have to choose between honesty and caring for the relationship. What if we could hold both together?
In this workshop, you'll learn how to:
- Recognize what you feel & need in a particular interaction
- Get your message across without compromising on its essence; and with care for the other person
This workshop invites you to build skills in expressing yourself in ways that make it more likely for you to be understood and will give you ability to engage in honest dialogues.
